Here are some Year 7 & 8 sequences below that I have created work for. Most of this work involves Explicit Instruction and Modelled Examples, aligned with the Victorian Curriculum 2.0 Science of Learning focus.
Editing and Writing
These Explicit and Modelled lessons revolving around TEEL Paragraph structure, punctuation and more, are aimed to cater the needs of all students in the classroom.

These Explicit and Modelled lessons are aimed to cater the needs of all students in the classroom. They provide differentiation for the same lessons.
TEEL Paragraph Development
This is a Lesson Sequence after teaching students a text, of how to structure a TEEL paragraph.
Lesson 1
Going through key themes of the book with the students.
Lesson 2-3
Going through an exemplar TEEL Paragraph
Lesson 3-4
Filling out a TEEL Paragraph Explicit and Modelled table. This is broken down into each section.
Lesson 5-6
Putting the TEEL sections into a structured and edited paragraph. Students who may not need the template are encouraged to put all the grid sections together, and then edit the paragraph themselves.
